After ordering, you will receive a link and detailed instructions on how to proceed. After you have successfully completed the test, we will quickly verify your identity and immediately send you the certificate, which is valid throughout Germany - even on weekends and public holidays.

The entire process usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes, provided the test is passed successfully.

Yes, you have the option to repeat the course and the exam up to three times. If you fail the exam three times, you can contact us and we will give you access again.

initial instruction

Target group : People who want to start working in the food processing, catering or similar sectors for the first time. Purpose : The training is intended to convey basic hygiene regulations and requirements for infection protection. After successful completion, participants receive a certificate that is required to start the work. Validity : The certificate of the initial training remains valid indefinitely as long as the work in the food sector is continued. However, work must begin within three months of the training.

succession instruction

Target group : People who have already received initial training and continue to work in the food sector. Implementation : This training takes place every two years after the initial training and can be carried out by an authorized person within the company. If no such person is available, the follow-up training can be carried out by us. Purpose : The aim is to refresh knowledge and to inform about new requirements or developments in the area of infection protection.

The certificate remains valid for life, provided that the activity is started within 3 months of the certificate being issued and that the employer provides further training every 2 years.

If the employer is unable to provide the follow-up training, it is possible to complete it via our portal.

The certificate can also be sent to an email address other than the one specified when ordering.

If you or your employees work in areas that, for hygiene reasons, may only be entered with a valid infection protection instruction in accordance with Sections 42 and 43 of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG), significant penalties may be imposed if the health authority carries out an inspection. Repeated violations could even lead to the loss of the operating license.
